Site Design

The Vermont Tent Company assists in developing your floorplan to maximize your exhibit space by using CAD software to ensure accurately scaled drawings of your event.

Custom Signage and Banners

We will produce signs, banners, sponsor displays and other materials for your event.

Exhibitor Services

We are well-versed in the needs of exhibitors for trade shows. Our inventory includes pipe and drape in a variety of colors to match your event colors and booth/aisle carpet – for a more finished look to the exhibit floor.

Material handling/drayage

We handle client materials and booth furnishings with the utmost of care, with on time delivery to your trade show booth, including the ability to install  display booths.

Furniture and Accessories

Our large inventory of tables, chairs, and accessories for any size booth or show floor allow our clients to decorate their booths in any way they choose . Our lounge furniture is also available to make the space more inviting and offers show attendees a great place to relax.

Electrical Services

We provide state-of-the-art electrical equipment for booths when needed and ensure the proper permits are pulled when required for each event. Our on site event staff are available to troubleshoot any problems that may arise
