Craft Shows/Festivals Our products and services have helped to enhance some of the finest craft and fine art shows in the country. We offer majestic white modular tents that create a striking presence and add a sense of grandeur to any site. Our inventory includes hundreds - not dozens - of tents, assuring you a flexible configuration that makes the most of your site and maximizes traffic flow.
Additionally, we work hand-in-hand with promoters to design the most efficient layout for vendors, and create a memorable experience for attendees.

Meetings, Conventions and Expos Vermont Tent has worked on some of the largest meetings and conventions in the Northeast. Our services range from the very beginning stages of event development, from suggesting venues and other resources to detailed CAD drawings designed to maximize the effectiveness of your event space. We'll develop the floor plans, show you how the traffic flow will work, and recommend the best options for your next event.

Trade Shows We offer pipe and drape in a variety of colors to match your show colors, along with booth and aisle carpet - a great way to enhance the look of your show. Additionally, we provide material handling/drayage - handling client materials and booth furnishings with the utmost of care, on time delivery and pickup to and from their trade show booth, and the installation of client display booths.

We have a large inventory of tables, chairs, and accessories to enhance any booth or show floor. Visit the PRODUCT section of this site for more details.
Our lounge furniture, including loveseats and ottomans, is also available to make your space more inviting and offers show attendees and vendors a great place to relax.

From a technical standpoint, we provide state of the art electrical equipment, ensuring the proper permits are pulled for each event, and provide the on site staff to troubleshoot any problems that may arise and ensure a trouble free event.
